So some of you know Dominic's drama that occurs, but for those of you who have never seen first hand, here you go. Meal time is a power struggle at times, this particular evening he looks at me pushes his "empty" plate over to me and says, "All done, Mommy". However, if you look in the distance his steak is on the napkin. Good try little man, but we can see beyond the empty plate. As usual after a firm explanation of what is expected, meal time was complete!
Dan has eaten Pomegranates ever since he was little (way before the hype), so over the fall/winter he loads up on his seeds while in season. Last year he started showing Katelynn how to pick them, this year she is becoming a pro.
Ever since the game Katelynn went to, she is into watch the game. We stayed at Dan's parent's last Sunday so I told Katelynn if she took a nap in the afternoon she could stay up for game. She took her nap, all excited to watch the game, the last 5 minutes her body took over and she fell asleep. We joke with her that they were winning until she fell asleep :0
